In 1969, the Holy Spirit moved upon a group of young men gathered for prayer at the CSI Church in Surandai, Tamil Nadu. That encounter changed everything. What began as a small prayer group grew — not through programme or strategy, but through continued faithfulness to that first call: to pray.
For over five decades, Revival Prayer Fellowship has remained what it was always called to be — a house of prayer. Every ministry, every retreat, every gathering flows from that original conviction: that prayer is not preparation for the work of God. Prayer is the work of God.
Today the fellowship reaches across Tamil Nadu and the world — through Family Retreats, Gents Retreats, Fasting Prayer, Last Days Prayer, revival meetings, Google Meet prayer, YouTube ministry, cottage prayer, church visits, and a monthly magazine approved by the Government of India.

Regular prayer gatherings established. Fasting Prayer and monthly meetings begin drawing believers from across the region.
The Family Retreat and Gents Retreat become annual landmarks — thousands of lives transformed through three days of encounter with God.
Monthly magazine launched — approved by the Government of India. Spiritual nourishment delivered to homes across Tamil Nadu.
Revival meetings expand to nine locations across Chennai — bringing worship, the Word, and prayer to communities city-wide every second Sunday.
Thursday Google Meet Prayer and YouTube ministry launch. The fellowship now reaches believers across India and around the world every week.
Prayer is not what we do before the real work begins. Prayer is the real work. Everything flows from time spent in the presence of God.
Every message, every teaching, every retreat is grounded in scripture. The Word of God is living and powerful — and we trust it to do what only God can do.
